River Mills Assisted Living at Chicopee Falls, a HallKeen community in Western MA, partners with Summit ElderCare (PACE) – Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, to provide a full array of health services and care coordination for its residents. Our partnership with PACE provides eligible residents who choose to enroll additional tools for aging in place.
