Jamie Girard Rochette, Executive Director

Jaime comes to River Mills with over 15 years of senior living experience in many different facets of the industry including, most recently, Regional Director of Operations in the New England area. Having worked in this industry for many years, Jaime has a deep respect for all the different roles that go into making a community run and all the hard work it takes. She believes in the power of positivity and gratitude, and that communication is the KEY to success.

Julia Hannon, Activities Director

Julia Hannon has worked in eldercare for a number of years and is excited to begin at River Mills as the Activities Director. She believes in the “person-centered” approach to programming, and always strives to connect with each resident on an individual level. Finding the right mix of activities for an individual to connect with and helping to maintain a sense of purpose in their lives here at River Mills, is her goal. She has a true passion for this work and is looking forward to sharing it.

Donna Skwira, Connections Memory Care Director

Donna Skwira has worked in Memory Care and Assisted Living for over 10 years and is excited to join the team at River Mills as the Connections Memory Care Director! She spent 5 years working  in Memory Care for a large company, 3 years with a privately owned community both in Memory Care and Assisted Living and 3 years in the same community as the Engagement Director. She thrives on residents connecting on an individual level using four important elements: Emotional, Social, Cognitive and Physical aspects in the programs she does. Donna is very much a people person, who prides herself on providing an outstanding and enjoyable experience. When not working, Donna enjoys cooking, visiting her family, spending time with friends, being active in her church, and spoiling her adorable cat, Smokey

Robert Beyette, Maintenance Director

Bob has been in maintenance over 30 years, mostly working on industrial machinery and in the aviation industry as an Airframe/Powerplant maintenance technician. Bob transitioned to building maintenance for the last 12 years.

Bob likes to read, play chess, and listen to music, but mostly cherishes time spent with his wife and son.

Alex Martin, Director of Community Relations

Alex was born and raised in Westfield, went to school for business marketing and graduated in 2017. From there he went into marketing in the assisted living arena and fell in love- it’s been his passion ever since. He enjoys meeting new people and helping navigate the difficulties of transitions. In his personal time, Alex enjoys traveling and snowboarding.
